About The Founder
Adam Tocco is the Founder of AST Consulting & Advisory, bringing more than 22 years of executive leadership across Fortune 500, Tier 1 manufacturing, and the global Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TIC) sector. He advanced early in his career from lean manufacturing associate to plant manager, building a foundation in operational discipline and leadership that continues to shape his approach today.
In the TIC industry, Adam has led multi-site international P&L operations, directed cross-border integrations, and played a central role in five major acquisitions, including two years dedicated to M&A origination and execution. His expertise spans greenfield expansions, consolidations, and strategic growth initiatives that consistently delivered strong returns.
In addition to most recently leading business transformation for Element’s $200M+ Connected Technologies & Mobility business unit, Adam also served as chair of sustainability efforts within his BU, contributing to science-based target programs that reduced emissions while identifying millions in long-term savings through billing optimization and renewable energy credit trading.
